About Bordeaux Legends
Our dogs are part of everyday family life in Cross Plains, Tennessee—right alongside our children and everything else that makes a home busy. I worked as vet tech for many years before my husband and I decided to start a family, so at that time we had our first Bordeaux Bentley, he was just the most wonderful breed I had ever owned so I decided to start breeding Bordeaux while staying home to raise our 2 daughters and have now been breeding them for over 16yrs.
Family is where it begins.
I'm Rachel Cox. Our Dogues are family here in Cross Plains, Tennessee, and our puppies grow up in the middle of our home with our children and family. I enjoy getting to know the families who reach out, hearing about their lives, and helping them decide whether a Dogue de Bordeaux is the right fit.
Our puppies begin life here in the house with our three children. They are held, watched over, and raised around the ordinary sounds and activity of a family home. That everyday setting is an important part of the story we share with people getting to know us.
Bordeaux Legends is not just about puppy pictures or a list of names. It is about the dogs themselves, the families who love them, and taking the time to make a thoughtful match when a puppy is available. I welcome questions about our dogs and what life with a Dogue de Bordeaux is really like. Please get in touch if you would like to talk.

I'm Rachel, and Bordeaux Legends is our Dogue de Bordeaux family here in Cross Plains, Tennessee. You may know the breed as the French Mastiff. Our dogs share our family home, and the puppy photographs on this site are part of the story of the dogs we love.
If you're looking for a Dogue de Bordeaux breeder, I hope you'll spend time getting to know the dogs themselves. Their individual pages show the details, photographs, pedigrees, and health information we have chosen to publish. You can also see published litter updates, including when inquiries are open. A litter page is not a promise that a puppy is currently available.
